Take a minute and enjoy the Simple things

I LOVE sitting down on the back porch, enjoying a good book, and some alone time to myself with no kids screaming, no dogs barking, and just some time to myself.

Yesterday I poured myself a tall glass of Welch's Simply Delicious Strawberry Raspberry juice, grabbed my book, and laid on the back patio for an hour.  It was the perfect weather for it, and I FINALLY had some "ME" time while the kids were at school, and husband at work.

Taking time out of your busy busy day is very important, and taking in the simple things in life make for a much happier mommy!

Thank you BzzAgent, and Welch's for allowing me to try this juice for free, I have now found my new favorite drink and will continue to buy more in the future!

Life Can Definitely Be Refreshingly Simple

My favorite time of the day is when the kids come home from school.  I always have a snack waiting for them, and we sit at the table in the kitchen to reflect on their day.

Because of being part of BzzAgent, I was able to try the Welchs Refreshingly Simple juice for free, and share it with my beautiful kids with a snack when they get home from school. We enjoy a nice glass of the Strawberry Raspberry (because this is our favorite) and we talk about all of the things they enjoyed for that day.

In our busy life, it is important to stop and enjoy the Simple things.

I LOVE The Secret Outlast Clean and Clear gel deodorant!  It not only goes on smooth, and dries fast, but it truly lasts all day!

My husband and I had a day of hiking planned in Canada with some of our close friends.  Being that it was a hot day, I remembered to put on this great deodorant, along with packing all of my necessities!  We hiked for a few hours, and even jogged through the woods for a couple of miles, and this deodorant definitely held up!  I was very pleasantly surprised, at how dry I was, and so were my friends!

We were able to go back to camp and eat dinner, and enjoy the rest of the day without even having to shower until that evening!  I can honestly say that I have found a deodorant that smells good, goes on clear without staining my clothes, and holds up to my activities!

This is one product that goes everywhere with me, and I am happy to share all of what I know about this product....and the best part...its not expensive!!!!

Have you tried Arla Dofino cheese

Have you tried Arla Dofino cheese?  If not, you have got to try it!  I was lucky enough to be able to try a couple different kinds for being a BzzAgent, and let me tell you.....IT IS YUMMY!!!!  The latest recipe was using the gouda cheese.  I made fried zucchini and took it to my girlfriends wine party and it was a HUGE hit!   I cut up the cheese and added it to bread crumbs, sliced up the zucchini dipped it in the egg mixture, dipped it into the bread crubs and cheese and put it on an oiled pan, about 1 minute on each side.  This was the best fried zucchini I have ever made. 


1 large zucchini sliced
however much cheese you want cut up thin and small
1-2 eggs
milk
bread crumbs
oil for your pan.

Eating good food while using Dofino cheese

I belong to BzzAgent and was able to try Arla Dofino cheese for free because of it.  Although I am writing a blog because of being able to try this product for free, all of the opinions are my own.

First I'd like to say it was a little hard to find this cheese, not all grocery stores in every state carry it yet, so you have to look around.  I decided to use my family recipe for quiche and add some of the Dofino Harvari creamy cheese to it, and let me tell you....BEST QUICHE I HAVE EVER MADE!!!

3 eggs
1 can of evaporated milk
minced onion
pie crust (u can use frozen)
1 tsp. salt and pepper
5 slices of any kind of swiss cheese (I use Kraft)
and however much of the Havarti creamy cheese you'd like (I did not measure)

whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.  line the bottom of pie crust with the onion, and cheeses, and pour mixture right over the top.  Put quiche in a pre hreated oven of 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.  once a fork can be inserted and come out clean it is finished.  I can't wait for everyone to try this yummy recipe.

I was able to try Secret OutLast Deodorant for being a BzzAgent, as part of a promortion from Secret but the views in my blog are my own.

I normally don't ever buy gel deodorant, but I figured I'd give it a shot.  To my surprise, it truly does dry in seconds, and kept me dry all day.  I love the fresh smell, and how smooth it goes on, leaving no white flaky marks on my clothing! 

I really would recommend this product as it has been great so far, and I look forward to trying other scents as well!

This ChapStick ROCKS!

I received this wonderful new product for free from Smiley360, and I am loving the New dual ended ChapStick!  It is easy to apply.  The one end is for the morning and other end to be used at night.  Not only do my lips feel super soft and silky but they look so much better too!  I have been using for two weeks and can't imagine using anything else.  Have you tried the dual ended ChapStick yet?!  If not, I suggest trying this miracle in a tube!
